Heartworks Gallery has chosen not to be an e-commerce seller with a "Buy Now" button.  We believe art is a unique and special purchase and would like to communicate with each prospective buyer prior to any sale.  We believe this will help the buyer truly understand what they are purchasing.  For example, some items come framed and ready to hang and some do not.  We also want to answer any and all questions you have about your purchase.  We want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase and the sales process.

As our business resides only in Arizona, there is no sales tax to be collected when shipping out of state.  Estimated insured shipping costs are included in the prices listed on the website.  We can take credit/debit cards via the Square point-of-sale system and cash is always welcome if paying in person at the gallery.

 

Heartworks Gallery is a small business operating a no-commission platform for original art represented by our artists.  In this way, we hope to make original art more affordable to more people and keep our artists painting!  We appreciate your patronage! 

 

Shipping and Refunds

The price listed for each of the artworks on this website includes estimated shipping costs via UPS Ground or USPS Insured Priority Mail across the continental US but excludes local sales tax which will be added at the time of sale.  We accept cash, cashier's checks or credit cards.  Upon purchase, Buyer agrees to the requirements and conditions for any refunds below:

Refunds will be authorized by Heartworks Gallery for items purchased via the website under the following conditions:

  • Buyer is to contact Heartworks Gallery either via email or phone within 5 business days of receipt of artwork as verified by date of delivery tracking confirmation.  Upon confirmation from Heartworks Gallery, a Return Authorization label will be sent to Buyer.  Buyer must ship artwork securely in original container and protective packaging via UPS within time frame as specified by Heartworks Gallery.

  • Cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the Buyer and will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • Once artwork is received in original undamaged condition, a refund will be credited with notification to the buyer.  Heartworks Gallery is solely authorized to determine condition of returned artwork and refund eligibilty.

  • Artwork will not be accepted for return after the 5 business day period of notification unless approved by Heartworks Gallery.

  • Artwork purchased in person at Pearce, AZ location is non returnable.
